Your subscription remains active until cancelled or paused.
Features available depend on your chosen plan.
You may submit unlimited design requests.
However, work is completed based on the number of active requests included in your subscription plan.
Additional requests remain in your queue until earlier requests are completed.
All subscription plans include unlimited revisions within the original scope of the request.
Requests that significantly change the original project may be treated as new requests.
Most standard requests are delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
Larger or more complex projects may require additional time.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.
Upon full payment, ownership of approved final deliverables transfers to the client.
Vue99 Creative retains ownership of drafts, unused concepts, templates, internal processes, and proprietary systems unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless a separate confidentiality agreement exists.
Payments are made in advance before each billing period.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.
You may pause your subscription at any time.
Unused subscription time will remain available according to our pause policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically refund payments already made.
Due to the nature of digital creative services, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.
If you experience an issue with our service, please contact us and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
